Sharing of IDs for company systems is rampant in almost every corporate despite instructions to the contrary. It is mostly with noble intentions of helping a colleague or for expediting a transaction. In real life however there are always smart individuals who are waiting for a chance to misuse rampant sharing of IDs often resulting in loss to company.
