Anonymous Complaints/ whistleblower complaints
Anonymous complaints and Anonymous calls are common in any organisation. How do you handle them ? Most organisations just ignore it and put it in trash bin without applying mind to it. Some of the major fraud cases have been discovered through whistleblower/anonymous complaints. Anonymous complaints are warnings for some malice in the system and it can be ignored only at the peril of organisation. Deep and through investigation of such complaint can be undertaken by us before putting it in dustbin and in case matter reported has some merit.
